When will my order be shipped out?
We generally ship all orders out within 1-5 business days of the purchase date -excluding personalized items and items on back-order. For personalized items, please allow up to 10-20 business days for your item to be shipped out, as these items are made-to-order.
Please allow an additional 4-7 business days during the holiday season as we get a large increase in sales. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has left our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer an exchange only for an item of equal or lesser value. This EXCLUDES all personalized and custom pieces which are final sale. Please be sure you understand these terms before purchasing anything.
We're confident our premium curated products selection will meet or exceed your expectations but if you have any issues - please contact our support team at email@example.com and we will respond within 24 hours to assist you.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping takes around 20-30 business days. Shipping times are subject to change at anytime without notice because there is a lot of stress on shipping companies and post offices due to increasing online ordering by everyone. Increases in shipping times are out of our control and we are not responsible once an item leaves our warehouse. We only know as much information as the tracking numbers can give us. This pandemic has definitely slowed down our delivery times, and things are changing on a daily basis. You will receive tracking information once your order has left our warehouse. Please keep in mind that custom pieces take 10-20 business days to leave our warehouse and non custom pieces take 1-5 business days.
What types of Payment do you accept? - All Standard Payments.
We accept all Payments by Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website? - You can.
We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 12 hours after purchasing - so if you change your mind within that time - send us a message and we'll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request.
What are your shipping options? - Limited by volume.
Currently we can only offer one standard shipping option. Please see our shipping page for more detailed information on shipping times by zone.
What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?
We'll make it up to if you in the case that it does. We take great care in selecting the manufacturers of our curated collections. If you discover a flaw or fault in the item please contact us within the first 7 days of receiving that item and we'll work it out with you. firstname.lastname@example.org
Where do you ship from?
Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States, Eastern Asia and Western Europe. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location we'll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.
Our products are efficiently packaged by our expert handling team to ensure they arrive in perfect condition regardless how far they go.
