To receive a refund you have to contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us the reason for return along with your order number.
We offer an exchange only for an item of equal or lesser value. This EXCLUDES all personalized and custom pieces which are final sale. If you are not satisfied with an item you must contact us within 48 hours of having received your order. Valid reason for an exchange or return is if the item arrives broken or damaged. Please be sure you understand these terms before purchasing anything.
We're confident our premium curated products selection will meet or exceed your expectations but if you have any issues - please contact our support team at email@example.com and we will respond within 24 hours to assist you.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like sale items, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

To return your product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and request a return label. We cover return shipping costs only in the case of sending the wrong or defective product. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
