Shipping Policy

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes - we ship worldwide. We offer standard shipping with tracking as well as standard shipping with priority processing and tracking. Priority processing means your order will skip the que, and it will be processed faster.

What are your shipping times?

USA and Canada: 7-10 business days
United Kingdom: 8-11 business days
Australia and New Zealand: 10 - 14 business days
Other countries: 10 - 14 business days

Processing Times

Orders can sometimes take 1-3 days to process after placing the order before shipping out.  We do not ship on weekends.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!

Custom orders take 7-14 business days to make and will take 7-10 business days to arrive at your doorstep.

Why isn't my tracking number working?
Tracking info isn't always available immediately. It may take a few days for you to be able to view the tracking info.

I only received part of my order, where is the rest?

We have different suppliers for our products. If you only receive part of your order, don't worry the rest of the products are on the way.

If you've changed your mind and do not want your order anymore please check out our return and refund policy.

Customs, service strikes, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, weather, natural disasters, fire, epidemics or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.

When we hand goods over to our carrier, title for the goods is transferred to the customer and we are no longer responsible. If the carrier fails to deliver, that is a matter between the carrier and the customer.
